The Mental Health Review Board is taking action with the goal of protecting the health and safety of the public we serve and our team.  At the same time, we are doing our best to maintain regular adjudication services.

Public health authorities continue to advise that the best ways to slow the spread of COVID-19 are through social distancing and frequent handwashing. Most of our team will now be working at home to help stop the spread of the virus.  This will not affect your telephone calls and emails getting through to us. Please continue to contact us and we will respond.

Due to the evolving situation with COVID-19 and the recommendations of BC Health Authorities, the Mental Health Review is implementing the following changes to hearings procedures. Effective the week of March 16, 2020, all hearings will be conducted by telephone, where feasible. Our staff will be in contact with all participants of hearings to ensure they are provided with instructions to participant by telephone.

Thank you for your flexibility and cooperation.
